1. Booking and Reservations

  • A booking confirmation will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
  • No Shows: If you fail to show up for your tour or stay without prior notice, you will not be refunded.
  • Changes: Changes to your reservation (dates, number of participants, etc.) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Health and Safety

  • Participants must be in good health to take part in our tours and activities, especially desert excursions like camel trekking and dune bashing.
  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or concerns prior to your booking.
  • We recommend wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for desert activities (light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, and sturdy shoes).
  • Safety is our priority. Our guides are experienced, and we ensure all safety measures are taken during activities.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in local currency (MAD) and include applicable taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of booking will be honored.

5. Liability

  • Aladdin Desert Camp is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, lost or stolen belongings, or any other damages during your stay or activities. Participants take part in tours and activities at their own risk.
  • We are not liable for any travel delays or disruptions caused by external factors such as weather conditions, local strikes, or force majeure events.

6. Conduct

  • We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our staff, guides, and fellow travelers. Unruly or disruptive behavior may result in the cancellation of your tour or stay without a refund.
  • It is strictly prohibited to engage in illegal activities during your visit.
