Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Kelaat M’Gouna → Dades Gorges
Your adventure begins in the vibrant city of Marrakech. After pickup from your hotel or riad, we’ll set off through the majestic High Atlas Mountains, crossing the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass.
First stop: the breathtaking Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that feels like stepping into a film set (because it is!). Stroll through its maze of earthen buildings and soak in its ancient charm.
Next, we continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Take a quick tour of the film studios or snap photos of the striking Kasbah Taourirt. Then, we drive through the Valley of Roses, where the air carries hints of wild blooms, especially near Kelaat M’Gouna.
By evening, we arrive at the magical Dades Gorges, where towering cliffs and winding roads set the perfect scene for your first night. After dinner, unwind under the starlit sky with traditional Moroccan hospitality.

Dades → Draa Valley → Zagora
After a hearty Moroccan breakfast, we travel through the spellbinding Draa Valley—a ribbon of green slicing through the red and orange desert. Palm groves and ancient kasbahs dot the landscape as we head south.
By afternoon, we reach Zagora, the gateway to the Sahara. Here, life moves slower, and every smile tells a story. This peaceful town offers a calm, reflective atmosphere as we prepare to journey deeper into the dunes.

🐫 Day 3 – December 31, 2025
Zagora → Tamegroute → Mhamid → Erg Chigaga
Today’s journey is all about tradition and transition.
After breakfast, we visit Tamegroute, a hidden gem in the Sahara. Explore the ancient library, housing centuries-old manuscripts, and witness the art of traditional green pottery making, a craft passed down for generations.
We continue to the edge of the desert at Mhamid, the final village before the sands stretch endlessly. From here, we begin our thrilling off-road journey across the desert to Erg Chigaga, Morocco’s largest dune field.
As the golden sun dips low, mount your camel or ride a quad bike into the glowing dunes for the last sunset of 2025. The desert will echo with soft music, crackling fire, and laughter under the stars.

Explore the Desert & Picnic Lunch by Camel
Wake up to the peaceful silence of the Sahara and the first sunrise of the New Year.
After breakfast, set out on a camel trek deep into the dunes. Stop for a picnic lunch in the open desert, where time seems to stand still. This is the perfect moment to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with nature.
Return to Aladdin Desert Camp by late afternoon. Spend the evening under the stars again, enjoying a slower pace and savoring the last moments in the desert.

Erg Chigaga → Lake Iriqui → Foum Zguid → Taznakht → Ouarzazate → Marrakech
After breakfast, we begin our journey back to civilization—but the adventure isn’t over yet!
Cross the wild and open plains of Lake Iriqui, where mirages play tricks with your eyes and the silence feels sacred. Reach Foum Zguid, a small desert town, before heading north.
Next stop: Taznakht, known as the capital of Moroccan carpets. Here, you can watch weavers at work and learn about the stories woven into every rug.
Finally, we pass through Ouarzazate one last time before reaching the vibrant streets of Marrakech by evening.
